We are definitely still recovering around here from Christmas and gifts and parties and lots of sweets and staying up late. We’ve had great time together with family and friends and gotten lots of projects done around the house. Dee goes back to work Wednesday and I definitely need to get back into getting up early and having a regular routine. And that laundry pile sure isn’t going to clean and fold itself! With meal planning, this is week #4 of a 6-week rotation I’m developing. This week was easier to plan and took less time since I didn’t have to come up with a bunch of new ideas. I just pulled from the list I already made. I’ll share more of this when it’s complete.
If you’re wondering why we’re eating bigger meals at lunchtime, read more on my New Cooking Plan here.
