Menu Plan Monday – 5/7

 

It’s the beginning of my trial weeks for new recipes to change up my Six-Week Meal Rotation.

Monday

Breakfast: cereal, fruit

Lunch: Enchilada Rice (with already browned meat from the freezer), tortilla chips, cucumbers

Dinner: Mini Pizza Meatloaves, cheese, apples

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: pancakes (from the freezer), fruit

Lunch: Potatoes & Sausage, peas

Dinner: pb & j, cheese, apples

 

Wednesday

Breakfast: pancakes (from the freezer), fruit

Lunch: bean and cheese quesadillas (from the freezer), fruit

Dinner: grilled wings, carrots, fries

 

Thursday

Breakfast: granola, fruit

Lunch:  waffles (*Breakfast Freezer Meal)frittata

Dinner: Ham, Broccoli, Cheese Rolls (*Lunch Freezer Meal), peas

 

Friday

Breakfast:  cereal, fruit

Lunch:  chicken nuggets, broccoli, cheese

Dinner: pizza (*Dinner Freezer Meal)

 

Saturday

Breakfast: baked oatmeal (*Breakfast Freezer Meal), fruit

Lunch: leftovers

Dinner: hot dogs, fries

 

Sunday

Breakfast: pancakes (from the freezer) – **in the car on the way to church

Lunch: soup and sandwiches

Dinner:  Popcorn Fiesta
