I am in the middle of revising my Six-Week Meal Rotation to give us some new recipes. Even though I try to space out recipes, I can tire of repeated meals easily. I’ll share the new six-week plan soon with lots of new recipes to try. The biggest resource I’m using is Once A Month Mom’s Spring Freezer Meal list. You should definitely check it out if you haven’t already. I’ll be trying out different recipes in the next couple weeks to see how they fit my shopping, my budget, my schedule, and my family’s taste. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
If you’re wondering why we’re eating bigger meals at lunchtime, you can read more about my cooking plan here.
If you want to know more about my freezer cooking plan, you read more about that here.
