I’m getting more and more motivated to start making our bread. Now, notice I said motivated which doesn’t always denote action. I’ve been perusing different recipes and reading how other folks do it. Baking bread requires some time and planning to make sure you have all the ingredients and the time for all the rising. But I love the results! I searched Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures this week for her bread recipes and found a great, quick dinner bread that turned out delicious! There is no rising time involved so it’s quick and easy to make. You should definitely give it a try!
I’m also about the begin a recipe trial period to update my Six-Week Meal Rotation and I’ve noticed most of my recipes come from 3 main blogs, Money Saving Mom, Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures, and Once a Month Mom. They all include realistic, simple, freezer-friendly, healthy, and frugal meals. I’m going to share the final version of my Spring Meal Rotation once it’s finished. In the meantime, check out this extensive list of 101 Spring Freezer Meals from Once a Month Mom . I’m trying several of these recipes in the next couple weeks.
