The last couple weeks have been a bit off from our normal routine. Most of the family dealt with sickness for a couple weeks, then Dee was off work for Spring Break. We got lots of different projects completed which feels great! But this week is back to a more normal routine. With Spring in full force here, I am hoping to change up my some recipes on my Six-Week Meal Rotation soon. But for now, I’m using what’s in my freezer and sticking to our familiar meals.
If you’re wondering why we’re eating bigger meals at lunchtime, you can read more about my cooking plan here.

Thanks for sharing your meal plan – with RECIPES! Awesome! I’m trying to get our family meal plan down pat..but it takes ALOT more organization than I thought.. One day I’ll have them up on my blog
I understand! It does takes lots more organization and time than I want to put in sometimes.
But I love the results! Good luck!
Your meals look good, stopping by from MPM. We used to do the bigger meals earlier as well when that’s what worked with our schedules. Different stage of life now.
Yes, it is definitely affected by stage of life. I think we will have to readjust again when my oldest starts school this Fall.
i pinned the ham and broc cheese rolls. i have a ton of hamsteaks in the freezer and this would be a great way to use them up!

Have a great week
That’s exactly how I found that recipe – trying to use up a lot of leftover meat. Hoe you enjoy!
